Our delivery times vary depending on the destination and the nature of the order. For deliveries within Europe, you can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders outside Europe, delivery times will vary.

Returns and Damages

REFUND & Return POLICY


Due to the unique and personalized nature of our artwork and design pieces, returns are generally not accepted. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will handle any concerns on a case-by-case basis.

 

Damages & Issues:


Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at designart.eu@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or commissioned pieces, personalized items, and artwork are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
While EU law provides a 14-day right to cancel or return items, this does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, including artwork and commissioned designs.
